Fangareggi's Lambrusco Rosè Frizzante Ancestrale 'Selvadeg' is one of the first re-fermented wines made according to the ancestral method by this Modenese winery, based on Lambrusco Salamino. The entire production method recalls tradition and the times when making wine was a family affair, a real ritual for making everyday wine. The result is a rustic and drinkable wine, you know hints of fruit and red flowers. To the palate it is very pleasant: a juicy wine that's perfect to accompany a typical Emilian 'tagliere' (meat and cheese platter)

The Lambrusco Rosé Frizzante Ancestrale 'Selvadeg' by Vitivinicola Fangareggi is a Lambrusco Salamino in purity processed according to the Ancestrale Method, emphasising the rustic character of the variety. This variety, part of the vast Lambrusco family, owes its name 'Salamino' to the compact shape of its bunches, reminiscent of salami. This grape is characterised by its late ripening, with the harvest often taking place in mid-October, as well as its remarkable resistance to disease and high yields, qualities that have always made this variety attractive to winegrowers. In addition, the berries are rich in colour and extract, elements that contribute to the structure of the wine.

The Rosé Frizzante Lambrusco Ancestrale Vitivinicola Fangareggi 'Selvadeg' is a 100% Lambrusco Salamino from vines grown with respect for the environment, without the use of synthetic chemicals. Once the grapes have reached the right stage of ripeness, they are hand-picked with careful selection. This is followed by vinification with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and then lightly frothing according to the Ancestral Method, bottling the must-wine while still in fermentation. Refinement on the lees in the bottle lasts for several months, at the end of which the wine is finally ready to be put on the market.

The Lambrusco 'Selvadeg' Frizzante Ancestrale Rosé from the family-run Vitivinicola Fangareggi winery is an intense cherry pink colour with a light effervescence. The aromas range from notes of raspberry and nectarine to vinous and yeasty hints. In the mouth it is vibrant and lively, pleasantly rustic and juicy, with a finish that insists on sensations of red fruits.
