The Montepulciano "Cocciapazza" by Torre dei Beati born on vineyards located 250 meters above sea level, facing south-east and over the vineyards with over 40 years of age. Followed by a maceration of 30 days and aged for 20-22 months in 70% new barrels. It is a very typical Montepulciano and territorial shows a ruby red really dense and load. The "Cocciapazza" is a Montepulciano large and mature dominated by the balance between the spiciness of black pepper and licorice and typical balsamic notes of chocolate and tobacco.
