The 'Picàie' di Pasqua is an elegant and intense red made using the appassimento technique so dear to the Valpolicella tradition, hence the name of this wine. Delicate floral notes and decisive cherry aromas dominate the attack on the nose, then hints of dried fruit, together with vanilla and spices, complete the bouquet. On the palate, it is powerful and warm, the tannins soft and enveloping, the sip persistent and very fragrant. Perfect with grilled meat or even just flakes of mature Parmigiano
