PROSECCO DI VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE BRUT LUXURY MIONETTO DESCRIPTION

Mionetto's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut 'Luxury Collection' is a Glera in a typical sparkling version that stands out for its suave almondy taste. Founded back in 1887 by Francesco Mionetto, the founder of the family, the Mionetto winery has established itself over the centuries for its innovative and far-sighted vision. Since 2008, this Valdobbiadene-based sparkling wine company has been led by the German group Henkell Freixenet, a reference point in Europe in terms of volumes of bubbles produced, which has succeeded in following up the innovative entrepreneurship of the Mionetto house, consolidating the winery's commercial image worldwide.

The 'Luxury Collection' Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Mionetto Brut is made from pure Glera grapes grown on the hillsides of the prestigious Valdobbiadene area. After harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected and then subjected to a soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation of the must flower only in stainless steel tanks. Once ready, the sparkling wine base is placed in autoclaves for re-fermentation according to the Martinotti Method, otherwise known as the Charmat Method, and after several months of resting on the lees and in the bottle, the sparkling wine is finally marketed with a dosage of between 9 and 12 g/l of residual sugars, in the Brut category.

Mionetto's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore 'Luxury Collection' Brut expresses a light straw yellow colour with copious bubbles. The nose has aromas of ripe apple and pear that meet fragrant hints of acacia flowers and honey. In the mouth, it is very fragrant, with a clear freshness and good flavour supporting the delicate sensation of softness that rests on a pleasant almondy finish.
