Riesling Rheingau Alkoholfrei 'Deserteur' Bibo Runge

Bibo Runge's Riesling 'Deserteur' is a non-alcoholic wine from the Rhineland. It is a typical Riesling but without the alcohol, which is removed after a long extraction in order to retain the fruit characteristics as much as possible. In addition, it matures briefly in large barrels and is 'dosed' with a syrup whose recipe is jealously preserved by the cellar. The nose reveals intense aromas of apple, lemon peel and notes of white flowers. The palate is fresh and lively, with a pleasant freshness that lends structure and pleasantness to the sip. Designed for aperitifs, also excellent with delicate fish dishes
