Piccini's Rosso 'Histrio' is an organic wine that matures briefly in amphorae, a reference to the historical heritage of Tuscan and Mediterranean wine. The amphora is used as a synthesis between wood and steel containers, as it allows a slight micro-oxygenation, with less influence on the wine's profile than wood.
