Feral's 'Red N°3' is a 'proxy', i.e. a non-alcoholic, surprising and innovative fermented spirit. Produced from the lactic fermentation of beetroot, after the addition of blueberry juice and spices, a complex but naturally alcohol-free product is obtained. The nose releases hints of blueberry and Mediterranean bush, along with intriguing hints of vanilla.
