Sangiovese 'Musignana' is Tenuta La Novella's latest creation, an intense wine devoted to representing the locality from which it springs. Viticultural and production techniques are all aimed at enhancing the wine's freshness: vines planted on sandy soils, moderate use of stalks in fermentation, maturation in cement tanks. Complex and fruity, the palate is almost citric, but it is balanced by a soft and juicy sip, with complex and persistent fruity sensations
