Tenuta La Novella's Sangiovese 'Sambrena' is a fresh, almost citric version of Tuscany's princely grape variety. Part of the grapes retain their stalks during fermentation to give great structure to the sip. Red fruit and slight hints of orange peel entice the sip, in the mouth it has a delicate structure and intense freshness. A wine with a gastronomic vocation, try it with pici pasta with ragout sauce
