Pasqua's Valpolicella Ripasso 'Cascina San Vincenzo' is a wine from the Veronese tradition, i.e. 'ripassed' on the marc of Amarone, all under organic management. This results in a more complex wine with a rounded structure. The intense ruby red colour with garnet hues introduces notes of intense red fruits that open the scene to hints of eucalyptus, hints of Mediterranean scrub and vanilla aromas bestowed by nine months in medium toasted wood. The sip is balanced and warm, perfect to accompany intense red meat dishes
