Fiol is an innovative brand that stands for trend, style, elegance and, above all, great passion for Prosecco. It was born from the courageous and enterprising initiative of three young friends originally from Treviso but scattered around the world for work, between Milan, London and Hong Kong: Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo, Pietro and Giovanni Ciani Bassetti. In 2011 they came up with the idea of combining their energies to create together a project that could enhance their territory of origin in the name of friendship and the desire to return to their origins. Thus was born the brand of a successful Prosecco, which in just a few years became famous throughout the world, an emblem of Italian lifestyle and a synonym for excellence.

The spirit of the Fiol brand is encapsulated in its etymology: an ancient word from the Veneto dialect meaning 'little son' and, in a broader sense, used to indicate a charismatic and brilliant young man. A sense of celebration, liveliness andcharismatic resourcefulness embody the essence of this brand, which is appreciated worldwide thanks to its combination of immediacy of taste and elegance. A long selection of grapes and producers and a lengthy commercial evaluation led to the creation of a sparkling wine characterised by light, delicate bubbles, restrained freshness, fruity aromas and pleasant residual sugar. The aim is to create a label that everyone can enjoy, both Prosecco lovers and first-time sparkling wine drinkers.

Prosecco Fiol is produced to be drunk neat or to be mixed with other ingredients to create innovative and elegant cocktails.
