Praesidium's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore, an excellent artisanal expression of Montepulciano, is a true standard bearer of the type. Spontaneous fermentation and only steel maturation aim to preserve the territorial identity of the grape as much as possible. The nose reveals hints of red fruits such as raspberry and distinct saline notes. Very fresh, juicy and fine, the sip is rich and drinkable. Try it with a good pizza
