'Red N°4' Feral

Feral's 'Red N°4' is a full-bodied non-alcoholic fermented product, part of the new 'proxy' category. Lactic fermentation of beetroot, then addition of blueberry and aromas. A simple process that gives a 'wine-like' complexity, but without alcohol. The nose is a succession of fruity and 'savoury' sensations, with hints of blueberry and tomato, then evolves into intense floral and balsamic aromas. Rather tannic, a legacy of blueberry, the sip is full-bodied but drinkable, crowned by great freshness. Try it with a board of special cold cuts or with fatty fish, such as salmon, or a butter poached trout
