Bellavista's "Alma Grande Cuvée Non Dosato" Franciacorta is one of the most intriguing labels from Franciacorta's renowned sparkling wine house. It is a cuvée crafted from the finest batches of Chardonnay from the estate, complemented by a small percentage of Pinot Noir. This Metodo Classico exudes excellent expressive refinement, perfect for those who appreciate the crisp purity of Pas Dosé, which is essential, linear, and profound. The profile is taut and fresh, with floral notes, hints of citrus, fruity elements, and a pleasantly mineral finish.
Bellavista's "Alma Grande Cuvée Non Dosato" is produced by a celebrated name in Franciacorta, which has played a significant role in shaping the history of this young and dynamic appellation, dedicated exclusively to sparkling wines. Founded in the 1970s from the passion of Vittorio Moretti, it now stands as a symbol of quality and one of the most prestigious and recognized brands in the world of Franciacorta. Bellavista boasts an extraordinary estate of approximately 200 hectares of vineyards scattered between Erbusco and the finest areas of the Franciacorta territory. A variety of microclimates and different soils, thanks to separate vinifications, provide a wide range of base wines for cuvée creation, not to mention the valuable heritage of reserve wines stored in the cellars of Erbusco: an essential wealth for crafting the non-vintage grand blends of the Alma line.
Bellavista's Dosage Zero "Alma Grande Cuvée" is a Franciacorta born from the desire to create a fresh and elegant Metodo Classico. It is a non-vintage blend created from a selection of about 80 base wines, to which 9 vintages of reserve wines are added to make the cuvée more harmonious and balanced. Following the vinification of the bases and the definition of the blend, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle with a maturation on the lees for at least 30 months. In the glass, it presents itself with a bright straw yellow colour, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet expresses delicate scents of white flowers, notes of bread crust, citrusy and fruity aromas. The palate is long and sapid, with a vertical development that leads to a persistent finish of lively freshness. It is a perfect label to bring to the table for a complete meal with a seafood menu.
