Franciacorta Dosage Zero Vintage by Ca’ del Bosco is a structured and full-bodied sparkling wine, aged on the lees for about 48 months. Scents fo bread, citrus and nuts emerge from a dry and elegant texture
The Sparkling Zero Dosage by Ca 'del Bosco is a pure and elegant wine, fruit of the best expression of an unique terroir and an extraordinary man who has understood the character and potential of this area. The man who made possible the production of great wines from the cellar of Ca 'del Bosco is Maurizio Zanella, who, after a tour of Champagne in the late seventies, decides to follow her mother Annamaria Clementi and moved into his house in Erbusco; here he’s absorbed by his passion for wine and implanted the first rows, transforming over time into the surrounding hillside in an excellence vineyard. The first labels marketed in 1978, since then the winery grows, to become one of the most technologically advanced in Italy, as well as an indispensable reference point in the production of Franciacorta. The help and research by enologist Stefano Capelli is devoted to quality, accessible through the olfactory sharpness and freshness of taste. The Sparkling wine Dosage Zero are no different from this picture: this wine is the subtlety and depth of its best qualities. A Franciacorta which is a guarantee of absolute quality.
