DESCRIZIONE DEL BOX PROSECCO VALDOBBIADENE 'BANDAROSSA' BORTOLOMIOL (2BT)

The Deutz Brut Classic and Rosé Champagne Box is a refined wooden box that effectively presents the clean and balanced style of Deutz Champagnes. Quality and numbers, with these two terms can be summarised the production dimension of the Maison, which is able to combine large volumes of bottles produced annually with a quality that never disappoints. Most of the grapes processed by Deutz come from the villages of Aÿ and Le-Mesnil, the former located in the Vallée de la Marne, the headquarters of the Maison, the latter situated in the Côte des Blancs, an area where Chardonnay reigns supreme. Each parcel is vinified separately, so as to enhance the characteristics of each vineyard, and the bottles then rest for long periods in Deutz's underground cellars, dug into the hillside of Aÿ up to a good 55 metres underground.

Inside the Deutz Champagne Brut Classic and Rosé Box is a bottle of Champagne Brut Classic and a bottle of Champagne Brut Rosé, housed in a beautiful wooden box with the Deutz signature. Champagne Brut Classic is produced from the classic blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with vinification in stainless steel tanks and complete malolactic fermentation. The ageing of about 36 months on the lees gives us a creamy Champagne, with excellent freshness and a strong mineral vein. On the other hand, only Pinot Noir grapes are used for the Champagne Brut Rosé, with a small proportion of Chardonnay. In particular, after the traditional vinification in steel with malolactic fermentation, the sparkling wine base is made by adding about 8% Pinot Noir vinified in red. Even in this case, the stay on the lees lasts about 36 months, a passage that does not conceal the fresh hints of red fruits that characterise this Rosé Champagne.

The Box Champagne Deutz Brut Classic and Rosé is the perfect box set for those who love the style of the great Maisons, with an eye also on aesthetic presentation.
